Christopher Bogan is a recognized expert and thought leader in the application of best practices for performance improvement. He has advised various Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Winners and other industry leading corporations.

Mr. Bogan is a co-author of the highly acclaimed book, Benchmarking for Best Practices: Winning Through Innovative Adaptation, which has been hailed as "the new benchmark" for all those interested in benchmarking and best practice performance improvement. Mr. Bogan's first book, The Baldrige: What It Is, How it's Won, How To Use It to Improve Quality in Your Company, explores the quality systems of world-class companies.

He is an honors graduate of the Harvard Business School and Amherst College. He sits on the boards of several corporations and is a Guest Lecturer at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

Mihir Shah leads Best Practices, LLC’s International business development operations from Mumbai, India. Having worked within the pharmaceutical industry for more than 5 years, Mr. Shah has worked extensively with clients spanning across three continents and more than ten countries. In addition to a rich business development background, Mr. Shah has worked across a number of areas in the generic pharmaceutical industry including: advertising, quality, licensing, packaging, manufacturing and finance. Mr. Shah graduated from the Mumbai University with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and earned his Masters of Business Administration – Marketing and Finance from Graduate School of Business, Fordham University, New York.

James oversees research teams and interviews executives and managers throughout the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device sectors. In his time with Best Practices, LLC, James has led research and consulting projects on behalf of leading global healthcare companies in the areas of Medical Affairs, Digital Technology, Market Research, and Business Continuity & Crisis Management.

James graduated from Amherst College with a bachelor’s degree in English.

As head of Finance & Human Resources, Robin keeps Best Practices, LLC, humming. With more than 30 years of experience, she assists with contracting approval; interacts with clients and procurement to make sure paperwork is completed in a timely manner. As the HR Head, Robin oversees payroll, benefits and all company policies.

Outside of her normal activities, Robin also assists with membership retention and leads the company’s Fun Committee. Robin has applied these specialties to help Best Practices reach its numerous goals and milestones.

Robin attended school in upstate New York with a focus on business/accounting classes. When not working, Robin is an avid game player, loves to read and spending time with her family.

With over 25 years of Life Sciences experience , Lou has In depth knowledge in Pharmaceutical Sales, Account Management and Sales Leadership, Clinical Trials and Managed Markets. Prior to joining Best Practices, Lou worked for Pfizer for 17 years and other healthcare vendors. Lou holds a B.A. degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of Iowa. While not on duty at Best Practices, Lou currently also serves as a Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) officer in the United States Army National Guard.

David Guinn is a Client Services leader for our Best Practice Database and Research and Advisory Services memberships. David serves health sector clients from throughout the Pharma, Biotech and medical device sectors. David previously worked in the Clinical Trials Outsourcing industry for a CRO. David is a graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Belinda is a native North Carolinian and received her accounting degree from Craven Community College in New Bern, NC. Drawing on a solid foundation in finance and accounting, Belinda brings a wealth of expertise in various accounting functions such as cash management, accounts receivables, payables, payroll, financial reporting, and human resources. Throughout her career, she has adeptly navigated intricate financial landscapes and pinpointed growth opportunities for organizations. Her proficiency extends to budgeting, forecasting, and establishing robust internal controls. Belinda is detailed orientated and has a commonsense approach to analysis that underpins prudent decision-making. Moreover, she’s dedicated to nurturing employee development, firmly believing that prioritizing individuals translates to organizational prosperity.

Jacob specializes in bioscience business and has a background in agricultural biotech and value assessment. Jacob has consulted for Big Pharma clients and fast-growing biotechs. He has led projects on new product launch, technology-enablement of commercial and medical functions, and biopharma intelligence.

Jacob is a two-time graduate of N.C. State University, having earned a Master’s degree in Microbial Biotechnology and a Bachelor’s in Biological Sciences.

Kieu My helps establish and implement Critical Standards of Excellence in regards to serving our health care clients and seeking new business and growth opportunities for Best Practices, LLC.

Kieu My also helps lead partner engagements, project management, business development and internal training that improves Strategic Account Management.

Outside of her primary, client-facing duties, Kieu My leads the Best Practices Mentor Program and serves on the Fun Committee.

She holds a B.S. in Sociology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, as well as a Minor in Human Development and Family Studies.

Noam focuses on understanding and addressing healthcare industry challenges and opportunities to enable clients to achieve their business objectives.

With over 25 years of business development and market intelligence expertise, Noam has assisted life sciences teams across Commercial Operations, Brand Marketing, Market Access, Patient Services, HEOR, Medical Affairs, and R&D.

Noam received his degree in Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University and loves to sing with his band, as well as ski, bike, hike, and travel with family.

Nicole (Nicci) Heinrich brings over 20 years of business development and client services experience. Her expertise is with market access across a broad range of therapeutic areas, including Oncology, Rare Diseases, and Immunology. In her former role as the Director of Business Development with EVERSANA, Nicci worked with the top 25 BioPharma companies, providing market research and insights and shepherding effective solutions to support winning strategies spanning the entire product life cycle while helping her clients navigate the constantly evolving pharmaceutical landscape.

In addition, Nicci served as a Specialty Pharmaceutical Sales Consultant with Boehringer Ingelheim, Upsher-Smith, and Horizon Pharma, directly engaging with HCPs across several specialties, including gastroenterology, cardiology, immunology, women's health, and dermatology. These roles gave Nicci a deep understanding of the challenges HCPs and patients face regarding managed care and the healthcare ecosystem.

Nicci has a degree in Behavioral Science from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and holds dual nationality, American and French. As Nicci steps into her new role with Best Practices, she is poised to leverage her diverse background to contribute to the Company's ongoing success.

Lara is devoted to delivering operational success to all clients in the Pharmaceutical and Biotech industries working with the Best Practices, LLC team. This includes supporting customers throughout the project to ensure their unique needs are addressed, as well as utilizing creative research tactics to gather information about cutting-edge industry trends. Prior to joining Best Practices, LLC, Lara completed dual Masters degrees in Microbial Biotechnology and Business Administration from NC State University. While Biopharmaceutical industry operations are her expertise, Lara brings additional experience consulting with global leaders in the Food, Agriculture, and CPG industries to adapt new technologies for commercial success.

Heena Maniyar is a Graphic, Web cum Multimedia Designer and a front-end Web Developer with over 19 years of professional experience in the IT/ Design industry.

Heena actively handles Best Practices LLC Website design, Report Cover designs, Email Marketing web creation and Presentation style. She specializes in designing Corporate and E-commerce websites, Applications, Presentations, Brochures.

Heena owns a Bachelor of Commerce degree from SIES College of Commerce and Economics with Advanced Diploma in Web Designing and Multimedia from Arena Multimedia institute.

Priyanka Singh leads the marketing and publishing initiatives from India. She has utilized her varied skill set to successfully meet business objectives through innovative marketing communication strategies, content writing, social media marketing, lead generation strategies, and publishing reports, documents and white papers on the Best Practices, LLC website. Priyanka graduated from the University of Mumbai with a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology and earned her Master of Management Studies – Marketing from the University of Mumbai.

Myron Dsouza spearheads the India research team and steers video production initiatives at Best Practices, LLC. With a robust background in biotechnology, he earned his Biotechnology Engineering degree from MIT, Manipal, followed by a Master of Science in Biotechnology from Duquesne University, Pittsburgh. Complementing his technical expertise, Myron holds an Master in Business Administration from NMIMS, Mumbai. Before joining Best Practices, he worked as a Research Associate at the Citizen Science Laboratory, Pittsburgh, and as a Scientific Communicator for Cactus Communications, Mumbai. Myron brings a wealth of multidisciplinary experience to his role, ensuring a dynamic and innovative approach to research and content production.

Riya Dahivadkar is a talented professional with a background in Marketing and Market Research. In her prior role, she has supported several consumer-oriented studies in the consumer products market. As a key member of the research team, Riya is instrumental in providing critical support for various research initiatives. Riya is a distinguished post-graduate from Mumbai University, holding both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Management Studies, with a specialization in Marketing.
